How can I open an account?

Opening an account with traderXlab is easy. You simply click on sign up at the top right corner of the page, enter your details and activate your account. Should you require further assistance during the registration process, your personal account manager, or our support department can help you.

How can I start trading?

Once you’ve opened your account with traderXlab, the next step is to activate your account, or simply fund your account.

How do I activate/fund my account?

Your account becomes fully activated once you’ve funded it. You simply need to log in to your account and click on deposit.

How can I deposit funds into my account?

Depositing can be done via Credit or Debit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro Card. You can also deposit by making a wire transfer. You can find more on our deposit methods here.

Can I deposit using my bank card?

Yes. You can deposit using your bank card, credit card or debit card.

Is it safe to use my card?

Yes. We use an advanced data protection system, that encrypts your information and requires you to verify any transaction you wish to conclude on our website, through 3D secure payment processing.

How much do I need to deposit?

The minimum that you can start with is $250, however, since we offer individual packages, based on your financial status and goal, your personal account manager will assist you to determine the most suitable amount to start with.

Do I need to link my bank account to start trading?

No. Your bank account is not linked to your trading account. Your trading account holds the amount that you feel comfortable trading with, i.e. the amount you have already selected to transfer into your trading account.

How do I cancel my account?

You can request to cancel your account any time, by contacting us either here, or using the email [email protected].

I changed my mind, how can I withdraw my money?

You can either place a withdrawal request in the members area, once you log in, or by contacting our support department at [email protected].

What is leverage?

Leverage is extra buying power given to traders, helping them to open bigger positions with a lower capital.

What is the spread?

When trading on any given platform, the trader is given two prices: the bid and the ask prices. The spread is the difference between those two prices and it is usually charged by the broker to open your position.

What is a pip?

The word pip stands for “percentage in point” and it is the unit of measurement showing the change in value in asset prices.

What is the swap?

For positions held overnight, the provider may charge a rollover interest. In case of a currency pair, the swap charged depends on the position, as well as the difference in exchange rates of the currency pair. The swap is charged for positions left open after 22.00 GMT. Positions left open on Saturday and Sunday evenings are not charged a swap, however, on Wednesday evening the swap is charged for three days. Is trading haram?

No. Trading is halal. Traders of muslim faith can request a spread/swap-free account, or otherwise known as Islamic Account, since Islam prohibits spread/swap-trading.

Do you offer Islamic Accounts?

Yes. Traders of muslim faith can request an Islamic Account after activating their accounts.

How can I request an Islamic Account?

You can contact our support department at [email protected], to request your Islamic Account. Upon submitting any requested documents, you will be able to start trading with a spread-free account.

Can the Islamic Account status be revoked?

Yes. In the event of abuse, the company reserves the right to revoke the Islamic Account status granted to any account.

When can I trade?

Each specific asset has their own specific trading hours. Forex, i.e currency pairs, are traded 24/5 from Monday at 00.00 to Friday at 20.00 GMT. Commodities are traded from Monday to Thursday 00.00 – 23.00 and on Friday from 00.00 – 20.00 GMT. US stocks and futures are traded every working day of the week, from 13:30 – 20:00 GMT, UK stocks and futures are traded every working day of the week, from 07:00 – 15:30 GMT, German Stocks and Indices from 07:00 – 17:00 GMT, and French stocks from 07.00 to 15.30 GMT, every day of the week. Cryptos are traded 24/7, giving you unlimited options. You can find the specific trading hours of each instrument here.
